Grow Organic Food with the Railyard Park Conservancy!

The Railyard Park Conservancy offers 10 individual, organic garden plots in our Community Garden, located at the south end of the Railyard Park. We provide mulch for your gardens, in addition to maintaining an active compost pile. The 400-year-old Acequia Madre and Acequia Niña water system runs through the Park, and from time to time, are used to flood irrigate the Heritage Waffle Garden and the Community Garden. We begin taking applications in February and plots are reserved quickly. For more information and to reserve your garden plot, contact Christy Downs, Program Coordinator, at (505)316-3596 or email: christy@railyardpark.org.
