Saturday, March 26th, 2016, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm – Fruit Tree Pruning with Linda Churchill, Arborist and Owner of Green Forward, LLC

Linda will share her extensive knowledge of fruit trees and how to produce the best fruit in our mountain, desert climate in addition to making your trees look great. Linda has gardened in Santa Fe for over 20 years, learning how to grow food and work with native plants in her own garden in Santa Fe’s foothills. She has volunteered with the Santa Fe Botanical Garden, studying and sharing knowledge about native plants and wetlands in the Santa Fe area as well as being a part of the horticultural design team and head gardener for the Botanical Garden at Museum Hill.
Linda has served as a member of Board for the Railyard Park Conservancy where she advocated for the care and maintenance of the Railyard Park.
Attendees are asked to bring sharp pruners and/or loppers to the workshop.
