Graze Days

The Railyard Park Conservancy, the Quivira Coalition and Horned Locust Goatscaping are bringing the sheep and goats back out to work their magic. It’s all part of our Healthy Soils in the Railyard Park initiative, funded in part by a generous grant from the New Mexico Department of Agriculture. Join us in the park’s Suerte (near the corner of Guadalupe and Cerrillos) to see these amazing critters in action, and learn a little something about healthy soil principles and the benefits of prescribed grazing.
