Eduardo Navarro’s Galactic Playground was an interactive artwork in the form of a large sundial that visitors were encouraged to “play.” Shadows cast from a conical form in the the center of the platform pointed to different directives written on the segmented slab depending on the time of day and season. The directives encouraged visitors to interact with each other and their park surroundings.

This project was a part of SITE Santa Fe’s Casa tomada exhibition.
