Saturday, April 23rd, 2016, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm – Native Bee House Workshop with Dr. Olivia Carril, Melittologist

Olivia Messenger Carril is currently working with the Railyard Park Conservancy on our Native Bee House Project and will share her knowledge of local, native bees, their habitat, and how you can help restore their native habitat. She received her PhD in plant biology from Southern Illinois University and has been studying bees and the flowers they visit for nearly twenty years.
We will meet at the Railyard Park Community Room.
