The Railyard Art Project (RAP) consists of the Railyard Art Committee, a group of volunteers who facilitates the public art installations and performances in the Railyard Park + Plaza. RAP selects art projects that are thoughtful, innovative and in the context of social, cultural expression and environmental sustainability. An honorarium is awarded to selected exemplary projects to pay for materials, installation cost and artist time.
